Refund policy
*If anything arrives damaged, please reach out with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution.Â
Refunds or exchanges can be made on most items in unused and new condition for up to 30 days after purchase is made.Â
Contact us at returns@binkwaffle.com to let us know you'll be returning an item.
Subscription cancellations can be made by emailing us at returns@binkwaffle.com as well. All cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. If you've already been charged for a month, you'll receive that month's subscription and will not be charged the following month or otherwise designated payment period.
Ship the return back to us at the address below, using a method that includes insurance and tracking. If you do not insure the package and it never reaches us, we cannot issue you a refund.

Once we have received the product, we will inspect it to be sure it is still in sellable condition.As long as it is, you will then be issued a refund or an agreed-upon exchange.Â

Refunds will NOT be given for any food items, surprise gift boxes, subscription boxes, Binkwaffle Outlet purchases, or any other item marked as such at the time of purchase. All sales are final in those cases.Â
