Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days or sooner.

We are not responsible for the duration of time it takes for your product to reach you once we have released it to the proper shipping company. At times these days, shipping is insanely long and inconsistent, something that is entirely out of our hands.

Any "preorder" items will have their own ship date estimate within the listing. 

Free shipping for most purchases over $100 will be shipped via USPS 1st Class and will not include thorough tracking or insurance. While a tracking number is provided by the USPS, the updates on such a number seem to be rather lacking. 

If you would like insurance and more reliable tracking on your package, please select the Priority shipping upgrade at checkout. While we'll do our best to work with you on missing packages, all orders shipped via USPS First Class are not insured, and we cannot guarantee a replacement. Missing packages with insurance will be handled per USPS instructions and guidelines.
